Deposit, Payment and Cancellation Policies Of course we regret any cancellations. The short season and limited space available means that we must have a strict cancellation policy. The opportunity for refunds and /or credits is limited. Therefore we recommend that you purchase Cancellation Insurance. Information is available from our office. Payment in part of full is considered as agreement to the following terms and conditions. All suites and rooms are non-smoking. Smoking guests are welcome to smoke outside. There are some pet restrictions, so please declare your traveling pets at the time of reservation. DEPOSIT - A one night's rent for each week of reservations is required to confirm a room: due at time of booking. We accept VISA, MASTER CARD or CHEQUES. FINAL BALANCE PAYMENT - is due 30 days prior to arrival date. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival must be paid for in full at the time of booking. METHOD OF PAYMENT - VISA , MASTER CARD. PERSONAL CHEQUES to be received 45 days prior to arrival. DATE CHANGING - subject to availability and management's discretion. CANCELLATIONS - initial deposit is fully refunded if cancellation notice is made 30 days or more before your arrival. Total payment is non-refundable if cancellation is received less than 30 days before arrival. Guests choosing to leave prior to the completion of their vacation will not be eligible for any refund. In some cases we may extend a credit for unused portions of the stay. Check-in: 3:00 pm. Check-out: 10:00 am.
